At the exhibition matemilano
In the section "Topology" of the exhibition matemilano there's an exhibit that explains illustrates the concept of number of crossings of a knot. Next to it, another exhibit shows two knots (a trefoil knot and an eight-figure knot) and their specular images. Visitors have to tell in both cases whether the real knot and its reflection represent the same knot.
