A film of soap
A film of soap obtained with a cubic frame. You can see an application of the “Plateau laws”: there are always three film that meet each other and they form equal angles (120°), the “edges of soap” always meet in groups of four and they form equal angles. These angles, which are more or less of 109°, correspond to arcos(-1/3).
