A rosette
A rosette on the decoration of temple Parshvanath (X-XI century) in Kahjuraho (India). The symmetry of the central part is dihedral of type D12, while that of the external annulus is still of dihedral, but of type D16. On the whole, there are only 4 rotations and 4 reflections that fix the rosette, that is of type D4.
