A hub with a dihedral group of symmetry of type D7 (if we ignore the central mark...).
From the point of view of topology, it is a surface of genus 14, that can be thought as something similar to this doughnut with fourteen holes instead of eight, or as a sphere like this one, with fourteen handles instead of eight.
