A minaret
An octagonal prismatic symmetry (the same as a pyramid with a regular octagon as a base) in the Minaret of the Mosque Jama Masijd in Old Delhi (India). The same type of symmetry is reproduced on a lantern inside the same mosque. The construction of the building took place in 1650.
