Broken symmetries
The entrance of the Mosque Ertogrulgazi in Achkhabad (Turkmenistan).
The arch at the entrance and that of the arcade are example of dihedral symmetry of type D1. In the photo, the symmetry is broken by the choice of a point of view that doesn't belong to the plane of symmetry of the two archs.
