A Schlegel diagram of a hypertetrahedron, that is one of the six regular polytopes in dimension 4. The hyperoctahedron has 5 cells of dimension 3, which are tetrahedra (in the bottom of the image), the vertex figures are also tetrahedra (in the top of the image on the right).
