How to get a 120-cell
The figure represents some of the 120 dodecahedra in the 120-cell (that is one of the six regular polytopes in dimensione 4). In particular, we see a ring of 10 dodecahedra and some of the 50 dodecahedra that form a "second layer" around this ring.
