A sculpture
From this point of view, it is not easy to recognize which surface this sculpture on the lake in Hamburg does represent. If we observe the sculpture from another point, we easily recognize that it is a surface of genus 3, that can be seen as a doughnut with 3 holes, or as a sphere with 3 handles attached.
