A rosette
This rosette is a tile of the decoration on the facade of the building of the Arab World Institute in Paris.
If we observe it closely, we notice that the "wheels" break the symmetry, so that the rosette is of type C1 and the pattern obtained by repeating it with two translations is of type o.
